- decide how the film should look.
- Genre and Audience its targeted at.
- Camera Angles and Lens effects.
- Set design.
- Turning the script into a sequence of shots.
So in today's lesson I broke down the script using Celtx so we can start planning more in-depth.
- There are 5 characters that we need to find.
- 7 locations needed ( We have already started discussing various locations and have came up with a few places.)
- We will also need various props and costumes.
Our script hasn't got an in-depth plot so far just that the character has something that the government does not want anyone to know about. So I mentioned the idea of him stumbling across some secret documents that the governments selling weapons and chemical bombs to the Taliban.
So as a group we have set up TO DO List over the weekend we each have to think of an interesting plot for the film, and also find various locations we could use. After Jools lecture on Monday we are going to meet up and discuss our ideas then hopefully structure the how and were we will be shooting this film.
